Zimbra and Outlook signature sync errors

We've seen a few customers experience errors with Outlook trying to sync signatures over to the Zimbra server.  It's very sporadic and doesn't seem to be limited to a particular version of Outlook or ZCS.

The easiest way to fix this is to go into your signatures and make a copy of it in Word or Notepad, then delete the default one from Outlook, close outlook and go back in.  Generally this will pull the signature back over from the server and eliminate the error messages, but sometimes you need to just create a new one.  It's an issue with certain versions of the Zimbra server[1].

If you're already running CentOS6, the upgrade to ZCS 8 is pretty painless, and you're typically entitled to it as part of your annual license fee.

It's been suggested that you also go into your Zimbra web client and delete and recreate your signatures there for completeness.
