Setting Shared Resource Calendar permissions on Exchange

When you provision a shared resource calendar in Exchange or Office 365, the default permissions only allows users to see basic free/busy information and will not show any details as to who is using the shared resource or what they are using it for. To fix this, you need to change the permissions on the shared resource using Powershell with these commands:

To Set:
Set-MailboxFolderPermission meetingroom:\Calendar -User Default -AccessRights Reviewer
Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity meetingroom -DeleteSubject $False -AddOrganizerToSubject $False

To Verify
Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity meetingroom:\Calendar -User default
AccessRights should be Reviewer
Get-CalendarProcessing -Identity meetingroom | FL
DeleteSubject and AddOrganizerToSubject  should be False

To give a specific user the power to make changes to other users meetings:
Set-MailboxFolderPermission meetingroom:\Calendar -User user -AccessRights Editor
